Check if your domain name isn't expired
Mailboxes only work with a valid and active domain name.
Check if you are using the Basic, Professional or Business version
If you downgrade, the mailboxes are deactivated with some delay.
Check our servers' status
Verify the server status. If there is a problem with one of our servers, it usually gets reported and fixed immediately.
